I have a problem with boot sensor I have had to disconnect the inside switch as it keeps opening the boot continuosly as if i am touching the sensor but i am not Peugeot. I have been to main dealer but they want £120 to provide + fit which is alot as it is still releasing the boot but constantly. help would be much apreciated ..

Ps thanks for help with Washers(Fuse 14)

There is a way to fix this switch, unfortunately I can't remember in detail how it's done.
The switch consists of some plastic mechanism with a microswitch. Somehow through distortion or expansion of the plastic the microswitch is being triggered.
If you remove the switch you may be able to work out what to do to stop the unwanted triggering of the switch.
Please let us know how you go with this.
